Field Service Policy's
- Field Service Rates: Please call for the latest Service Rates. All time and mileage is billed portal to portal. Field Service is billed on a time a material basis. Firm quotations on labor hours cannot be estimated for On-Site repair services, however this can be done for new installation.
- Scheduling a Service Technician: Simply call our 24 hour "Hot Line" at (586) 463-3811. After normal business hours you will be prompted to leave an emergency message that will be responded to promptly. Excel schedules service technicians on a first come first serve basis and based on product specialty.
- Maintenance Contracts: Excel provides maintenance contracts and other customized maintenance programs that offer a wide range of benefits to our customers. Simply ask one of our sales representatives for more information on these standard services.
- Technical Support: Phone support is provided by our technical support team. We want to insure "Total Satisfaction", and sometimes that means taking time to help out our customer through Start-Up or installation difficulties. Upon request Excel can provide on-site Maintenance and product training tailored to your particular needs; simply inquire with one of our sales representatives or technical support personnel for more information.
